Big Win for BHS Volleyball
Nice win for Bartlesville High volleyball last night, as BHS picked up another Frontier Valley Conference victory in front of a great crowd at Bruin Field House.
The Lady Bruins topped Union 3-2. Bartlesville won it with set victories in the first third and fifth games. It was 25-23, 17-25, 27-25, 13-25 then a 15-13 BHS win to grab the match victory.
Mia Johnson set a career high with 21 kills in the win.
Cera Frederico and Avery Matney both had six blocks each. Meanwhile Emma Parsley had 25 assists and Sophie Fyre earned 24 digs.
Rylan O’Bannion played the hero with four aces, including the game winner.
One of the biggest wins of the early season for Bartlesville, which improves to 4-5 on the year.
