Asher Dazzles in ORU Elimination Game

Congrats to former Bartlesville High Bruin pitching standout Brenden Asher, who had one of his best outings of his collegiate career on Thursday.

In an elimination game for Oral Roberts in the Summit League Tournament, Asher got the start and turned in a gem.

Asher threw 5.2 scoreless innings to get a win for ORU against Omaha, 9-0.  

Asher surrendered six hits, four walks and three strikeouts.

This was Brenden’s 10^th start for the Golden Eagles this spring. He has tossed 39 innings with a 4.62 ERA.

ORU is still alive in the Summit League Tourney and will face Northern Colorado in an elimination game on Friday at 3:00.
