#5 OKWU Men's Basketball surges past LSU Shreveport

It was not a fast start, but the #5 OKWU men's basketball team used a dominant second half to pull away in a hard fought 82-72 win at Skiatook High School. OKWU trailed 39-34 at halftime before outscoring LSU-Shreveport 48-33 in the 2nd half.
Eagles All-American Jaden Lietzke had a game high 33 points for OKWU on an absurd 14-16 shooting night from the field.
OKWU aims to stay unbeaten as they travel to OKC for the Oklahoma City Classic next weekend.
