Three more candidates filed for Bartlesville City Council on Tuesday.

According to the Washington County Election Board, Josh Lock filed in Ward 3 to challenge Mayor Jim Curd. Incumbent Tim Sherrick filed for Ward 1 and incumbent Aaron Kirkpatrick filed in Ward 4.

On Monday, Curd filed in hopes of retaining his seat for Ward 3 and Vice Mayor Trevor Dorsey did the same in Ward 5.

Two newcomers also filed Monday. Michael Colaw filed for the Ward 1 seat currently held by Sherrick and David Austin filed in Ward 2, which is currently held by Larry East.

Candidate filings must be completed at the Washington County Election Board by Wednesday. The Election Board is open from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. on the fourth floor of Bartlesville City Hall, 401 S. Johnstone Ave.
