OKU Football Prepares for New Season

Oklahoma Union is preparing for a new look with their football team as fall practice and kickoff approaches.
The Cougars are led by first-year head coach Josh Middleton, who has seen lots of growth with his players through their summer pride program. OKU has focused on weight lifting and speed and agility training throughout the summer.
OKU also launced a youth camp last week to get the younger generations on the football field and make them better athletes. Middleton says the camp was a success.
For the Cougars on the football field, the season starts on Sept. 4 at home for Drumright. Fall practice will officially begin on Aug. 3.
