Nowata Football Keeps Working With Fall Approaching

Nowata Ironmen football is two weeks away from the start of fall camp as summer workouts continue.
The Ironmen have competed in a handful of 7-on-7 competitions this summer to refine their product on the field, but have spent the majority of the time in the weight room getting work in behind the scenes.
Aside from getting the team ready for the fall, Martin says the coaching staff is digging in even further starting this week. Two of Nowata's assistant coaches are from the area and have been able to create success during their time as Ironmen.
Fall practice begins on Aug. 3. The Ironmen begin their season on Sept. 4 on the road for Warner.
