Dewey Football Into Final Full Month of Summer

Summer pride activities have resumed for the Dewey Bulldoggers after the conclusion of the OSSAA mandated dead period last week.
Dewey football is just over a month away from kicking off the 2026 football season in Vinita.
The Bulldoggers have put together around a month of workouts on and off the field, as well as 7-on-7 competitions in Pawhuska and at Rejoice Christian. Second-year head coach Scott Sapulpa talks about the approach after the dead period and the rest of the summer.
Dewey will host a four-way scrimmage along with Nowata on Aug. 21 to prepare for the season six days later in Vinita.
Dewey will participate in Victory Christian's passing league Tuesday night this week.
