Caney Valley (OK) Athletics Kicks Off Summer Pride

Caney Valley (OK) Trojan football kicked off summer pride this week as the countdown to kickoff continues.
The Trojans wrapped up spring practices last week. Caney Valley was scheduled to go to Okmulgee for team camp June 3, but the camp was called off.
Head coach Derrick Hammer talks about major improvements in overall numbers during spring practices.
Throughout the early stages of summer pride, as many as 70 athletes have turned out for workouts between both boys and girls.
Hammer is entering his second season as head coach of Caney Valley football.
