Oklahoma Wesleyan men's basketball saw their season end in heartbreaking fashion in Kansas City on Friday night.

The Eagles fell to the Langston Lions in the round of 16 of the NAIA national tournament, 56-55.

OKWU went into the national tournament as a 1-seed and opened the tournament with two double digit wins at home. This was the third year in a row and fifth time in six years that OKWU advanced to the round of 16 in the tournament.

Close wins became a common theme for the Eagles this season. OKWU won five games that were decided by one possession. All four of OKWU's losses this season were decided by three points or less.

Head coach Donnie Bostwick talks about how his team was able to win the close games this season.

Oklahoma Wesleyan finishes the 2025-26 campaign with an overall record of 30-4.
