Nowata is set to play a rare Saturday night game right before winter break.

The Ironmen are on the road for Wyandotte, the same team that knocked them out of the postseason last year.

Nowata comes into the contest 5-2 overall following a 50-45 win over Chelsea on the road on Friday evening. Head coach Derick Ott talked about playing back-to-back road games.

Wyandotte enters the contest at 6-1 overall. Their only loss is to Kellyville by 20 points, a top-10 team in class 3A. This is Nowata's final game before they take a few weeks off for the break.

Ott talked about finishing the fall side of their schedule strong.

The Lady Ironmen will get the evening started at 6 p.m. with the boys to follow around 7:30 p.m. Coverage of the boys game can be heard on 104.9 - KRIG and KRIGTV.com.
