Oklahoma Wesleyan has their first Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference doubleheader on home court on Saturday with Kansas Wesleyan rolling into town.

Last time around, OKWU split with Friends University in Wichita. The Lady Eagles lost, 65-59, with the Eagles coming from behind to beat the Falcons, 83-77.

Going into what will be the first home game of the season for the Lady Eagles, head coach Heidi Messer talked about the message to her team.

The Lady Eagles are currently 2-3 on the season and 0-2 in the KCAC. KWU is the defending regular season KCAC champions and are off to a 2-0 start in conference play.

On the men's side, the Eagles are looking for their third straight conference win and sixth win overall against a KWU bunch that secured their first conference win on Wednesday over McPherson College.

Head coach Donnie Bostwick said his team is coming together off the court.

After Wednesday's win, Bostwick secured his 500th career win. He'll shoot for 501 on Saturday evening against Kansas Wesleyan.

The action gets started at 3:30 p.m. with the Lady Eagles getting the day started. The men will follow around 5:30 p.m. Both games can be heard on Sports Talk, 99.1 FM - KPGM.
