This week will be the third straight game Bartlesville High School plays on a Thursday.

Despite a tough loss to Ponca City last week, BHS still has a great chance to make the playoffs.

Bartlesville goes to Putnam City West for what could be three straight road trips to the Oklahoma City metro area.

BHS Head coach Harry Wright says he likes how the guys have responded in practice this week. 

Putnam City West also enters the game at 1-7. The Patriots just won their first game of the season last week against Capitol Hill.

Bartlesville is still searching for a bit of consistency on offense. The Bruin run game will likely be a key the next couple of weeks.
