What a Season for BHS Softball

We are about a week and a half after the conclusion of the Bartlesville High softball season.
BHS wrapped up its 2025 campaign in the first round of the 6A State Tournament. It was the fourth straight softball season that Bartlesville had been to State, and the second straight fast pitch season.
BHS fell in extra innings to Mustang by one run.
Bartlesville unfortunately has the distinction of coming super close but not quite getting over the top at State the past two years. Each of the past two seasons the Lady Bruins have lost by one run, in extra innings, to the eventual state champion.
Owasso did the same thing to BHS a year ago.
Head coach Kyle Minton talks about his thoughts with some perspective after the loss.
Despite not winning a game in either state tourney, Bartlesville has a good argument that it came as close as anyone to winning the crown the past two years.
Minton talks about how close Bartlesville came.
Bartlesville won 28 games and will go for its fifth straight state tourney during the slow pitch season this coming spring.
