Bartlesville High volleyball had its season come to an end late on Tuesday night in Bixby, as BHS fell one match shy of state.

Bartlesville beat Southmoore 3-0 in the semifinals in the afternoon, but Bixby swept Bartlesville in the championship round to move on to state.

The three sets against the Spartans were close, but BHS could never get over the hump. Bixby won 25-19, 25-19 and 25-22.

Bartlesville did get its 20^th victory of the season in the win against the Sabercats. BHS finishes 2025 at 20-17.
