Bartlesville High softball is getting used to State Tournaments.

BHS won its 6A Regional on Thursday night to advance to the fast pitch 6A State Tournament for the second straight year.

Bartlesville topped Enid 4-1 to sweep through the four-team pod 3-0.

After losing to the Pacers earlier in the regular season – Bartlesville beat them twice on Wednesday and Thursday to get to State.

The dramatic one game late on Wednesday, when BHS walked off on the Pacers, 7-6. That was a 6-0 come-from-behind victory that set the table for the Regional-winning performance on Thursday.

This is now the fourth straight softball season between slow pitch and fast pitch that Bartlesville has made it to State.

More on this story planned for early next week.
