High school football week No. 5 is upcoming throughout the area this Friday night, as we will be more than halfway done with the 2025 regular season after this weekend.

Bartlesville High had a tough one at home against Sand Springs. The Bruin’s District opener went to the Sandites, 51-0.

After the game head coach Harry Wright talked about his message moving forward. 

Bartlesville is 0-4 and despite a tough start still have a good chance to compete at the top of the District.

BHS heads to Sapulpa for District game No. 2 on Friday night at 7:00 PM.
