Bartlesville High softball got a big-time District win on Wednesday night, as BHS has the inside track to get second place in 6A-District 2.

Bartlesville beat up on Yukon 7-1 to sweep in the Millers in a two-game District set.

BHS got three runs in the bottom of the first and those runs stood up the entire night. Bartlesville then added four more in the bottom of the fifth to put the writing on the wall.

Erin Bridendolph again was the hero offensively, she was one of two Lady Bruins with two hits, a double and a walk.

The win keeps BHS in second place in the District at 7-4, a game ahead of Sand Springs in third.

Bartlesville can clench second with a win over Sapulpa in the Lady Bruin’s District finale on Friday night.
