Appearing on KWON RADIO's CITY MATTERS program, Bartlesville City Manager Mike Bailey, City Clerk Jason Muninger, Golf Course Director Dee Roadman, and City Engineer Micah Siemers brought the community up to date on issues involving the city.

Mike Bailey reminded everyone that the Bartlesville Police will host their annual community block party on Saturday, Sept. 27, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will take place along Johnstone Avenue, wrapping around Silas to near Unity Square.

The celebration will feature live music, free food and drinks, a barbecue cookoff, food trucks, vendors, children’s activities, emergency vehicle displays and demonstrations from police K-9 and drone units. Friends of the Library will also hold a book sale and visitors can tour the city’s police and fire facilities.
