If you notice some NCAA team vans or SUVs in Bartlesville early this week it is for good reason, there is an NCAA Division I women’s golf tournament going on locally.

Hillcrest Country Club is hosting the Lady Clerico for Oral Roberts, which is the host team for the tournament.

There are 12 NCAA women’s golf teams here for the two-day and three round event.

After day one on Monday, Abilene Christian is in first place. The team shot two rounds at a combined five over par. Southern Miss, Houston Christian, Northern Colorado and ORU round out the top-5 of the tournament.

Round three begins this morning at 8:30.
