OU Eyes SEC Opener
OU football still rolling to begin 2025, as the Sooners handled their first road test with ease on Saturday morning.
Oklahoma blew out Temple, 42-3.
Quarterback John Mateer was brilliant again. He went 20-34 for 282 yards. Mateer also ran for 63 more. 51 of those yards came on this run that extended the Sooner lead.
Sooners are 3-0 once again and it’s another big one this Saturday, as OU hosts Auburn and former quarterback Jackson Arnold.
Game will kick at 2:30 from Norman. OU at No. 13 in the country, Auburn enters at No. 24 coming off a close win over South Alabama.
