A new bracket is out for the Oklahoma State Legion Tournament, as Bartlesville’s summer baseball team will have an earlier first pitch time in its State opener.

The Doenges Toyota will now have a 10:00 in the morning first pitch on Thursday, still against the Ada A’s in the first round of the event.

The change came late on Monday, as a team dropped out of the event. There are four teams left. The Indians will make the nearly three-hour drive to Ada on Wednesday evening to get set for the early first pitch.

Nearly all the tournament will take place on Thursday and Friday with the possibility of an “if then” winner-take-all championship game on Saturday morning.

The Indians are 22-24 on the season and will have had a week off before they begin play in State. The 46 games played for the Tribe are the most over the past decade. Bartlesville has still won 11 of its last 15 even with two losses in a row last week in the Stan Musial World Series.

NEW BRACKET

The games at the end of the week will air on KPGM and KWONTV.com.
