We are just about a month and a half out from the start of football season in Oklahoma, with the Nowata Ironmen as one team on a lot of people's radar going into the 2025 season.

Nowata graduated a heavy senior class following their first playoff appearance in five years, and will return this fall with a much younger group.

Head coach Chance Juby talked about the coaching approach with a younger group.

Nowata is set to open against Pawhuska for the second season in a row, with the same schedule as last season.

Juby said his guys are ready to go.

The Ironmen have a scrimmage at Ketchum on Aug. 22 before going on the road to Pawhuska on Aug. 29.
