If you are old enough to remember Hoss from "Bonanza" then you just might be YOUNGER than this old man at heart!

Bijou Smith, med tech at the Washington County SPCA, introduces the most unbothered spirit.

Only going about two miles per hour, Hoss is the perfect family dog package despite being described as a "low rider" in size by Smith.

Smith says that Hoss will try to high five you if excited and will also clack his teeth together if he get REALLY excited. The excitement is induced by snacks and people with the potential of showing him low, of course.

The WSPCA will be holding spays for female cats this weekend. There are still a few spots open for those who want to participate. To sign your cat up for those spots call the WSPCA at 918-336-1577.

The WSPCA will be holding a Spay It Forward event July 5th-19th as well as a cat cafe July 19th.

More on the cat cafe and tips and trick for pet safety on the 4th at bartlesvilleradio.com.
