Enrolled members of the Osage Nation are eligible for up to $2,000 in critical financial assistance each fiscal year. Those 18 years of age or older must show a crisis that deems assistance. Examples include homelessness, unsafe living conditions, family emergencies or a natural disaster.

The Osage Nation Crisis Assistance Program will make payments to the vendor, not the applicant. In order to be eligible, you must show proof that you are an enrolled member of the Osage Nation and completely fill out the form. To apply or get more information, visit the Osage Nation website.
