Summer football is here.

Wesleyan Christian School is one of several area teams breaking in a new head coach this fall. Fabian Quiroz is going to be with the Mustangs this year. This is the third head coach in three seasons at WCS, after former skipper Blain Landers is moving back home after one year on the job.

Quiroz talks about how he came to get the head job back in the spring.

WCS returns several seniors off somewhat of a rebuild last season. The Mustangs lost most every major contributor off a historic season two years ago but still found themselves in the playoffs this past fall. Covington Douglas beat Wesleyan Christian 56-0.

Quiroz talks about how the group leftover is hungry for more.

More upcoming on WCS football expected over the next several weeks.
