Broken Arrow Man Charged With CDS Possession

A Broken Arrow man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly possessing meth.
 
39-year-old Joshua Krepps was charged on Monday with possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS).
 
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, on June 22, Krepps was pulled over for having a defective passenger brake light. Krepps allegedly did not stop when police attempted to initiate a traffic stop, and Krepps was allegedly seen moving items with another individual in the car.
 
According to the Bartlesville Police Department, the officer initiating the traffic stop allegedly saw a crystal-like substance crushed in the passenger floorboard, and two plastic baggies in the floorboard on the driver's side. The substances allegedly tested positive for meth and weighed 4.5 grams.
 
Krepps will appear in court again on July 30 at 1:30 p.m. He posted a $1,500 bond.
