Washington County Commissioners Honor Cherokee Nation

The Washington County Commissioners met for their regular Monday morning meeting where they had a special announcement.
 
 Dora Patzkowski, tribal councilor for the Cherokee Nation, was honored by the county for her and the Cherokee Nation's continued participation and support in the improvement on the infrastructure in Washington County.
 
Patzkowski recieved a plaque in honor and rememberance.
 
The county also supported a resolution to the Federal Civil Rights claims introduced by the National Association of Counties.
 
The Washington County Commissioners meet every Monday morning at the County Commissioners meeting room in downtown Bartlesville.
