Huskies Continue to Grind Through Summer

Ty Loftis
The Pawhuska Huskies continue to prepare for the 2025 football season. They are nearly halfway through their 7-on-7 passing league and coach Matt Hennesy says while quarterback Kane Foreman is still injured, he is able to grasp things from the sidelines and the younger guys are getting valuable reps.
Foreman is a senior move-in from Copan and Jarek Edwards will be a 6-3 junior who came from Bartlesville. Edwards was injured during spring ball, but has taken the field over the summer and Hennesy believes Edwards will have the ability to make a real difference.
Hennesy says improvements are being made each week during passing league, but what he cares about most is the progress taking place during summer pride workouts.
Pawhuska will host a 7-on-7 passing league tournament on Friday, July 11th.
