Washington Co. Assessing Storm Damage

Washington County Emergency Management is assessing storm damage from the overnight storms that produced strong winds and heavy rain from Tuesday night into early Wednesday morning.
 
Deputy Director of Washington County Emergency Management Melissa Mayes provided this assessment update.
 
Washington County Emergency Management is reporting multiple trees and power lines are down as a result of these storms.
 
Mayes reminds drivers to be cautious of downed power lines.
 
Washington County also reports that N 4030 Rd. between W 3600 Rd. and W 3700 Rd. is closed due to a washout. Detour routes are available via W 3600 Rd. to N 4040 Rd. and W 3700 Rd. to N 4040 Rd.
