Thunder Take Finals Lead

The Oklahoma City Thunder held serve at home on Monday night in a monster game five at the Paycom Center, and OKC is one win away from a world championship.
Thunder beat the Pacers, 120-109 behind a career effort from Jalen Williams.
J Dub scored 40 points, one off a career high, on 14-25 shooting to lead OKC. A sterling effort in the biggest game in franchise history.
This wild runner late helped fend off a Pacer rally.
Oklahoma City nearly led wire-to-wire. The Thunder built an 18-point lead early before Indiana started creeping back.
This three from Dub helped extend that lead early in the third quarter.
Indiana got all the way within two in the fourth before OKC forced four straight turnovers and took the game back over.
Williams said after the game that defense again kickstarted his group.
Oklahoma City takes a 3-2 lead in the best-of-seven series with game six moving back to Indiana on Thursday night. A 7:30 tip from Indy in a game we will carry on Sports Talk 99.1 FM – KPGM. Pregame at 7:00.
OKC opens as a 4.5-point favorite.
