Nowata Football Schedule Released for 2025

The schedule for Nowata Ironmen football is out for 2025, with lots of similarities to last year's slate of games.
The Ironmen made the playoffs last year with a 3-7 record, picking up all three wins in district games. Nowata beat Caney Valley (OK), Quapaw and Morrison.
Just like last year, Nowata will open against Pawhuska. Going into yet another matchup with the Huskies, head coach Chance Juby said the matchup gives his guys a chance to grow.
After Pawhuska, Nowata returns home for Chelsea and Warner before district action opens up. With district opponents the same as last year, the Ironmen will open district play at home for Chelsea on Sept. 12. Other home district matchups include Caney Valley on Sept. 26, Morrison on Oct. 10 and Pawnee on Oct. 24.
Nowata will go on the road for Barnsdall on Sept. 19, Quapaw on Oct. 3, Oklahoma Union on Oct. 30 and Tonkawa on Nov. 7.
With the clock counting down until kickoff, Juby talked about the growth he's seen from his group.
Nowata will open against Pawhuska on the road on Aug. 29.
