Indians Games Called Off

The Doenges Toyota Indians will get some needed days off, as Bartlesville’s summer baseball team has been washed out for their early-week DBAT Leage double-header.
The Tribe was supposed to head to Claremore for a couple league games on Monday night. The contests were first moved to Pryor High School on Tuesday, then later in the day called off altogether. The lack of those 14 innings will likely be a big buoy to the Indians pitching staff.
Bartlesville was running thin in the pitching department after 12 games in the first 10 days or so of the season. Now the Indians gets four days off before tournament play ramps back up again.
Bartlesville will practice on Tuesday and head to Mountain Home, Arkansas for four days starting on Thursday.
The Indians will play in the Lockerroom Twin Lakes Classic for the fifth season in a row.
Bartlesville is 4-8 on the young summer but has started to heat up offensively over the past week.
KWON & KWONTV.com will have the games from the Natural State this weekend.
