Osage Nation Requesting Archeological Survey

A rural water district near Barnsdall has received a community development block grant so that they can make improvements to the water treatment plant. Before they proceed any further, JT Darling with INCOG informed the Board of Osage County Commissioners on Monday that the Osage Nation is requesting an archeological survey be done at that location.
Darling goes over the specific improvements that are being made at the site and tells the commissioners what the next step will be.
The Board made the approval to allow the Osage Nation to move forward with the request for a proposal.
