Huskies Show Promise During Team Camp

Ty Loftis
Pawhuska hosted a team camp last week and brought in schools from across the area that included local teams Dewey and Woodland. Coach Matt Hennesy said during the last day of spring practice, quarterback Kane Foreman suffered a shoulder injury and he will be out for the next few weeks.
Hennesy says he was proud of the way the backup, Jenson Snodgrass stepped up after a few days of practice and led the team. Hennesy said a few other players were either unable to play or were limited in what they could do, but he was proud of the way some of the younger guys stepped up in their absence.
Hennesy said the Huskies were able to get out of the two day camp healthy and he was glad they were able to face some tough competition during that two day span.
Pawhuska will continue hosting a 7 on 7 passing league throughout the summer in addition to summer pride workouts.
