The Department of Enviornmental Quality has now issued a mandatory boil order for the City of Hominy. This includes the Dick Conner Correctional Facility and the Osage Nation Industrial Park. The mandatory boil order was issued due to turbidity levels. 

This mandatory boil order comes after a precautionary boil order was issued for residents on Tuesday. DEQ will let the public know when water is safe for consumption again. In the meantime, used boiled water to brush your teeth, wash dishes and make meals.
