Evan Fahrbach
What a night for Bartlesville High soccer, as the Bruins won their first playoff game in a decade.
BHS beat Union on Wednesday night, 2-1.
The victory gives Bruin soccer their first playoff victory since 2014, when Bartlesville also beat Union.
The win was a nailbiter in overtime in south Tulsa. BHS got goals from Austin Bastings on a shot and Braxton Decker on a free kick.
Up next, the 6A quarterfinals, as the Bruins will get a home game against NW Classen at Custer Stadium on Friday night.
NW Classen is 10-4 and beat Putnam City 3-0 in the first round.
