Bartlesville High boys’ soccer also had its playoff game moved.

The Bruins were slated to go to Union on Tuesday evening for the first round of the 6A postseason.

Bartlesville dropped to the No. 4 seed out of 6A District 3 with back-to-back losses at the end of the regular season to Broken Arrow and Mustang.

Head coach Cedric Muteshi says despite the losses his team is excited for the opportunity to get in the postseason.

After losing two straight, BHS will look to its previous run of four wins in a row that got the Bruins into the playoffs for some inspiration.

Muteshi says it was his team’s older players who set the tone for those wins, and those players will carry them against the Redhawks, as well.
