Former OKU Standout Wins MIAA Defensive Player of the Year

Central Oklahoma softball star and former Oklahoma Union Lady Cougar Rylee Lemos was named MIAA Conference Defensive Player of the Year.
Lemos is part of a UCO squad this season that is the regular season conference champion with a 43-8 overall record. They went 20-4 in conference play. The MIAA Conference Tournament starts on May 1.
Lemos defensively had a perfect fielding percentage in 51 games at UCO, along with 37 putouts.
Congratulations to Rylee Lemos on taking the MIAA Conference's Defensive Player of the Year award.
