Bruin Hoops Season Ends at Owasso

High school basketball across Northeast Oklahoma mostly ended on Friday, as the handful of teams left kicking bowed out of the postseason with losses.
At Bartlesville High, the Bruin boys ran into one of the best teams in the state in Owasso. The Rams beat BHS 85-15.
Bartlesville got off to an uneven start, as the Ram’s pressure and height gave the Bruins fits.
Dennis Duncan was a major highlight. Duncan had all eight of Bartlesville’s points at halftime.
Jordan and Jaden Turner both shot the ball well, too. This three from Jordan Turner in the fourth quarter provided Bartlesville with a boost.
The loss ends the Bruin’s season with three wins. Nash Zervas was the only senior on this year’s roster.
