It is playoff time for the Pawhuska Huskies, as they will be hosting Wyandotte in a district matchup on Friday night. Both coaches are excited, but both also know the Bears will pose their unique set of challenges.

On the guy's side, Pawhuska is still trying to get 100 percent in the health department and coach Jason Snodgrass says with an 18-5 record, Wyandotte will be a challenge.

Heading into last week, Pawhuska had been 2-6 in games decided by seven points or less. Heading into the playoffs, the Huskies have now reeled off back-to-back wins by a combined nine points. Snodgrass hopes getting those close wins will give his team the push it needs heading into the playoffs.

On paper, the Lady Huskies should be able to handle Wyandotte, who enters with a 7-16 record. The thing coach David Cash is working on is getting his two freshman and other fresh faces adjusted to playoff basketball.

Friday's game will tipoff at 6 p.m. Coverage can be heard on 99.1 FM KPGM and audio coverage will be available at KPGMTV.com.
