Power to be Out in Pawhuska Late Thursday Night

The City of Pawhuska has reported that a planned power outage will cause the electric to be out on Thursday evening. Crews will be working on upgrades to the electric lines at the substation.
The power is expected to go out at 11 p.m. on Thursday night and be back up by 2 a.m. Friday morning.
