Big day for Bartlesville High basketball on Friday night. The BHS boys will break in a new coach and the girls have an experienced roster and a talented newcomer to debut.

The Lady Bruins will have higher expectations this winter. BHS finished a game beneath .500 last year and despite losing its top two scorers from a season ago, there is positivity throughout the program.

The Bruin backcourt returns Alayah Lunn and Emma Zimmerman. BHS also gets returners in Adrianne Flick and Kennedy Nubel down low, with move-in Sami Sheaffer.

Fourth-year head girls coach Justyn Shaw talks about how he would like Bartlesville to play this season.

6:30 tip for the girls on Friday night with Tommy DeSalme and the Bruin guys to follow at 8:00.

Ponca City visits Bruin Field House on KWON and KWONTV.com. A 6:00 pregame from Bruin Field House.
