It's another Monday and that means it is time for another Patriot Auto Group Area Athlete of the Week powered by Tri County Tech. and today, we feature Dewey football star Evan Propper.

Dewey found a resurgence in 2024, where they won two games in a row and were in the playoff hunt late in the season. Propper was a battering ram for the Bulldoggers at the running back position, no game was that more evident in a 30-6 win over Tulsa Webster.

Propper had a career high 20 carries for 140 yards and two touchdowns in the win.

Dewey head coach Ryan Richardson says that he is proud of how Propper has led by example. 

Propper excelled on defense, leading Dewey in tackles and fumble recoveries. Propper also excels outside of the field, here he describes his future and some of his favorite hobbies.
