Caney Valley aims for strong performance at Quapaw

Caney Valley scored their most amount of points in a game for the first time since Sept 20, scoring two second half touchdowns against area power Pawhuska, 82-12.
Trojans Head Coach knows there are positives to build from the game, and that he is proud of how his team has handled adversity this season.
At 1-8 overall and 0-6 in A1 District 3 play, Caney Valley has been eliminated from post-season play, but they face a Quapaw team that is in a similar position at 2-7 and 1-4 in District play, MItchell says that the Wildcats will be a tough challenge but feels his team can be competitive.
Kickoff is is slated for 7 p.m on Friday between Caney Valley and Quapaw.
