Huskies Dominate in Road Win at Quapaw

Following a much needed bye week, the Pawhuska Huskies were back in action on Friday night and didn't skip a beat in a 72-13 road win against Quapaw. After a back and forth first quarter that saw Pawhuska leading 16-13, the Huskies scored 56 unanswered points to claim the victory.
Leading 8-7 in the first quarter, Pawhuska lost 17 yards after a high snap got away from quarterback Canyon Hindman, but the Huskies didn't panic, as Hindman found sophomore running back Vann Wildcat streaking down the field for this touchdown.
Pawhuska hosts Caney Valley this Friday. That is a game you can hear on 99.1 FM KPGM and KPGMTV.com. Pregame coverage begins at 6:30 p.m. with kickoff set for 7 p.m.
