The Dewey Bulldoggers hosted Sperry for their senior night friday with heavy playoff implications, and the Bulldoggers put up a spirited fight but ultimately fell 39-7.

Dewey fell behind 14-0 in the first half after falling behind 14-0  despite a fumble recovery and failing to score twice inside the 10 yard line. However with about two minutes until halftime, the Bulldoggers orchestrated a long drive and capped it off with this play.

That cut the Pirates lead to 14-7, but Sperry responded with a long touchdown with just 15 seconds left in the second quarter to take a 20-7 halftime lead.
Dewey started out the second half on a strong drive with this throw and catch.

Dewey was unable to score and Sperry went on to outscore the Bulldoggers 19-0 in the second half to pull away 39-7. Dewey falls to 2-6 overall and 2-3 in District play and next travels to Tulsa Central next Friday.
