Only had one game for in-state football this past weekend, and it didn’t go great.

OU lost big for the second time in three years in the Red River Rivalry. Texas had its way with the Sooners, winning 34-3 on Saturday afternoon in the Cotton Bowl.

Oklahoma had a 3-0 lead after the first quarter, but things turned sideways from there. No points for the Sooners in the final three quarters, OU had only 237 yards of offense.

Head coach Brent Venables after the game on 100.1 – KYFM.

OU opens as a slight favorite at home against South Carolina on Saturday morning.
