The Pawhuska Huskies were dominant from start to finish in Thursday's 50-12 win over the Tonkawa Bucaneers. It was a game that the Huskies led from wire-to-wire and took their first lead minutes into the game on this 25 yard touchdown pass.

Pawhuska led 20-0 at halftime and made a big defensive stand to start the second half. That is when Chase Eaves scored his second touchdown of the night to add even more seperation.

In addition to the football game, money was raised off commemorative pink jerseys for a local person in the community who is battling cancer and Osage Nation Chief Geoffrey Standing Bear was an honorary captain, as it was also Osage Appreciation night.

Pawhuska has a bye next week, but will be back in action on Friday, October 25th at Quapaw. That is a game you can hear on 99.1 FM KPGM and streaming on KPGMTV.com.
