The Pawhuska Huskies were looking to get their first Battle of the Osage win over the Hominy Bucks since 2021. With a 46-24 win on Friday night, they were able to do just that.

In what was a scoreless game late in the first quarter, the Pawhuska Huskies were moving down the field. That is when quarterback Canyon Hindman connected with wide receiver Lane Kyler for this touchdown.

The play of the game very well could have came in the late stages of the second quarter. With Pawhuska leading 16-8, the Bucks elected to go for it on fourth and two from midfield. Here is the ensuing play.

Following the turnover, the Huskies were sure to take advantage heading into halftime. Inside the Tri County Tech Red Zone, Hindman found Chase Eaves for the third Pawhuska touchdown of the night.

Pawhuska scored on the opening series of the second half and cruised to the victory. Lane Kyler was named the Patriot Family of Autos Athlete of the Game.

Pawhuska will play at Woodland next Friday. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. Pregame will begin at 6:30 p.m. and can be heard on 99.1 FM KPGM and streaming online at KPGMTV.com.
