Service Oklahoma: New DMV Sysytem to Reduce Wait Times and More

Service Oklahoma has chosen FAST Enterprises to overhaul its driver's license system, aiming to streamline transactions and enhance the overall process for drivers in the state. This upgrade is anticipated to make the system more user-friendly and efficient.
Currently, Oklahomans experience wait times of up to 20 minutes for license issuance or renewal, compared to an average of 8 minutes in other states. Officials say new system is expected to improve the speed and smoothness of transactions. Additionally, the new licenses issued will be more secure and feature a revised design.
Service Oklahoma expects the updated system to be operational by Thanksgiving of next year.
